Recently, in Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa province occurred vendors, who sold gasoline without origin with cheaper price at VND20,000 a litter.

Along streets such as Le Hong Phong, Da Tuong, Buu Doa, Nguyen Duc Canh ..., gasoline is poured into plastic bottles of a liter for sale on the walksides at price VND20,000 a 1 liter, VND1,500 dong a liter cheaper than retail gas stations, so it are attracting many buyers.

Le Hong Phong street, Phuoc Long ward, with less than 500 mets lenghth, but there are 20 vendors selling cheap price gasoline on it. Daily average gasoline consumption up to a thounsand liters.

However, cheap price gasoline make many people skeptical of the measure as well as the origin, quality and grade being sold.

Mr. Nguyen Van An, a Business Manager, belongs to Market Management Department of Khanh Hoa province, said: "The amount of gasoline has no clear origin and its quality is non-standard. Measurement will certainly not guaranteed. We have already investigated and treated a number of cases. After the test series, the sale of gasoline is no longer public, they are selling surreptitiously and hiding them in their home".
