Giá dầu sáng nay tiếp tục tăng

Trong phiên châu Á sáng nay, giá dầu tăng ngày thứ hai tại New York sau khi dá»± báo nền kinh tế Mỹ khả năng sẽ tăng vá»›i tốc Ä‘á»™ nhanh hÆ¡n trong quý Ba, báo hiệu sá»± phục hồi nhu cầu nhiên liệu ở quốc gia tiêu thụ dầu thô lá»›n nhất thế giá»›i.

Các hợp đồng giao kỳ hạn tăng 1,4% hôm 22/10 do cuá»™c Ä‘ình công của các công nhân ở các công ty năng lượng Pháp có thể làm gia tăng nhu cầu nhập khẩu nhiên liệu ở nÆ°á»›c này. Bên cạnh Ä‘ó, dầu thô tăng còn do dá»± báo của Bloomberg về tốc Ä‘á»™ tăng trưởng GDP hàng năm của Mỹ tăng lên 2% trong quý Ba từ mức 1,7% trong quý Hai.

Trong phiên giao dịch sáng nay tại New York, giá dầu thô WTI giao kỳ hạn tháng 12 tăng 48 cent, tức 0,6% lên mức 82,17 USD/thùng, giao dịch lúc 08h16 sáng (giờ Việt  Nam) là 82,16 USD/thùng. Đóng cá»­a phiên hôm 22/10, giá dầu tăng 1,13 USD/thùng, lên mức 81,69 USD/thùng.

CÆ¡n bão nhiệt Ä‘á»›i Richard Ä‘ã mạnh lên thành siêu bão, sức gió mạnh tối Ä‘a 90 miles/giờ, cÆ¡n bão này di chuyển từ phía tây bắc sang bờ biển Belize, Trung tâm dá»± báo bão quốc gia Mỹ cho biết ngày hôm qua.

Giá dầu thô Brent giao kỳ hạn tháng 12 tăng 39 cent, tức 0,5% lên mức 83,35 USD/thùng tại sàn giao dịch London. Cuối phiên giao dịch hôm 22/10 tăng 1,13 USD/thùng, tức1,4%, lên mức 82,96 USD/thùng.

Oil Rises a Second Day as Faster U.S. Economic Growth May Boost Fuel Use

Oil gained a second day in New York after forecasts that the U.S. economy probably grew at a faster pace in the third quarter, signaling a recovery in fuel demand in the world’s biggest crude-consuming nation.

Futures rose 1.4 percent on Oct. 22 amid speculation that a French strike may increase demand for imported fuels. U.S. gross domestic product climbed at a 2 percent annual pace, up from 1.7 percent in the previous three months, a Bloomberg News survey of economists showed before an Oct. 29 Commerce Department report.

The December contract advanced as much as 48 cents, or 0.6 percent, to $82.17 a barrel in electronic trading on the New York Mercantile Exchange, and was at $82.16 at 11:16 a.m. Sydney time. It rose $1.13 to $81.69 on Oct. 22. Prices gained 0.5 percent last week and are up 3.5 percent this year.

Tropical Storm Richard strengthened to a hurricane, with maximum sustained winds of 90 miles per hour, as it moves to the west-northwest at 13 mph toward the coast of Belize, the U.S. National Hurricane Center said in an advisory yesterday.

Brent crude for December settlement added as much as 39 cents, or 0.5 percent, to $83.35 a barrel on the London-based ICE Futures Europe exchange. The contract gained $1.13, or 1.4 percent, to $82.96 on Oct. 22.
