Accoding to source from Vietnam Petroleum Group (PVN), oil and gas output in the first two months this year reached 4.41 million tonnes, up by 4.7% year on year. It included 2.02 million tonnes in February.
In the first two months this year, crude oil ptoduction was 2.8 million tonnes, increased by 3.3%, while gas output was 1.64 billion cubic meter, up by 6.9% compared to the same time last year.
In addition, the exploitation activities in domestic and and foreign were safety. PVN also joined with international companies to boost investment, exploration and development in oil and gas sections. Specifically, in past two months, PVN has signed one agreement and one oil and gas contract.
