Although MIT has not yet withdrawn the business license of this company, but MIT will withdraw entirely all the licenses for gasoline and diezel 0,05S imports and only leave them a permit to import diezel 0,25S and FO for serving maritime activities.

The Import quotas of Vinalines will be allocated for new enterprises, that have just taken part in the market, such as Army Petrochemical Corporation Joint Stock Company and Hai Ha Roadway and Waterway Transport Co., Ltd.
