Retail price of cooking gas may ease to VND370.000-380.000 a cylinder of 12kg in the early May.
As reported by retailers, world gas price currently is offering to Vietnam less than USD900 a tonne, around USD100 a tonne lower than price from early this month.
At level, retail price of cooking gas in Vietnam will reduce by VND30,000 a cylinder of 12kg to VND370,000-380,000 a cylinder. New price may apply in the early May.
However, retailers said they will only reduce by VND20,000 in the coming month because they want to offset loss for their business earlier.
