Ministry of Finance has issued a Circular No. 148/2012/TT-BTC on oil import tax reduction of 2% since September 12th.
In detail, import tax of diesel product for auto will be lowed to 8%; while kerosene and mazut will be decreased to 10% from 12% as before.
However, gasoline import tax still remains at 12% for all from Ron 92 to Ron 97. The move is in order to keep stable the price of fuel.
