     Platts had announced that it would discontinue its on-road US Gulf Coast  

LS Diesel pipeline assessments once Colonial Pipeline stops accepting on-road  

LSD for shipment. Colonial Pipeline on May 18, 2010, announced that it will    

stop shipping on-road LSD at origin after the 31st cycle, which schedules on   

June 1, 2010.                                                                   

     Platts will stop assessing Colonial Pipeline on-road LSD after June 1.     

Colonial had previously announced the 30th cycle as the last cycle for          

shipment for on-road LSD, scheduling May 25, 2010. The discontinuation is due  

to the US Environmental Protection Agency's ban on refiners producing 500 ppm  

low sulfur diesel fuel for domestic on-road use after June 1.                  

     Platts will continue to assess its US Gulf Coast waterborne LSD           

assessment until it is deemed unnecessary. The on-road LSD pipeline assessment 

is published on Platts Global Alert page 571, Oilgram PriceReport, US         

Marketscan, and Platts Dispatch, as well as an intraday Platts Cash            

Indications page 298.
