Vietnam’s PV Oil Offers to Sell Song Doc Cargo for March Loading

PV Oil Co., Vietnam’s state-owned oil-marketing company, offered 250,000 barrels of Song Doc crude for loading in March, said two company officials who declined to be identified because they aren’t authorized to speak to the media.
