Ministry of Industry and Trade has granted the import license for additional 4 major petroleum enterprises, bringing the total number of fuel importers to 17 currently.
Those of them are Phuong Dong Petroleum Joint Stock Company, the Petroleum and Maritime Service Company, the Song Hau Petroleum Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company and the Thai Son Petroleum Joint Stock Company.
Due to shortages of fuel recently as small companies refused to import petrol when global petrol prices fall down or go up, caused chaos on the domestic market.
