According to data released by General Administration of Customs, in the first five months this year, Vietnam has exported about 915.6 thousand tonnes of fuel products, worth 929.2 million dollas, up by 0.1% in volume and 11.9% in value compared to the same time last year.

The largest export market of Vietnam in the fisrt five month this year was Cambodia, accounted for 396.5 thousand tonnes, worth 402.1 million dollars, an increase of 9,4% in volume and 19.5% in value year on year. In May, Combodia imported about 71.4 thousand tonnes of fuel from Vietnam, accounted for 47.8% in total of export volumes and worth 52.3 million dollars.
While China became the second largest export market of Vietnam so far this year. In May with 49.3 thousand tonnes. In the first five month this year, China imported 263.6 thousand tonnes of fuel from Vietnam, up by 17.5% and 33.4% respectively in volume and value.
