Fuel prices in the domestic market may decrease again in following the decline of fuel price from Singapore.

Recently, fuel price in the world market reduced significantly, expecially the two sessions in the last week and in the early this week.

On April 16th, WTI crude oil traded at USD88 a barrel on Nymex, the lowest level since last November, while Brent oil price traded at USD99.5 a barrel, the lowest level in 10 months.

In Singapore, the main import market of Vietnam, the Ron92 gasoline price has downed to USD114 a barrel, less than USD5 from April 9th.

The price reduction in this time is very important in order to help to curb the inflation of commodities after price increase adjustment in the late March.

Currently, A92 gasoline retal price in Vietnam sells at VAT24,050 a liter; while diesel price is at VDN21,450 a liter and Kerosene price is at VND21,600 a liter.
