In a document emailed to potential suppliers, Vietnam National Petroleum Corp, the largest fuel importer of Vietnam and PV Oil, a unit of state-owned Vietnam Oil & Gas Group, are seeking to buy 61,000 metric tonnes and 4,500 tonnes of gasoil respectively for loading in March and April
