PV Oil Corp., a unit of state-owned Vietnam Oil & Gas Group or PetroVietnam, is seeking to buy 16,500 cubic meters of fuel oil for September delivery, according to a tender document obtained by Bloomberg News.

The supplies are for four tankers used as floating production facilities offshore of Vung Tau, belonging to the Vietsovpetro joint venture, the document showed. Details are as follow:
