Retail gas prices wait to decrease

The import price soared to USD138 a barrel in 4th April has boosted government to lifted retail price additional VND900 a liter in 20th April, at this time, price from Singapore droped USD5.8 a barrel and continued to slumpped recently to USD122.4 a barrel fob, but retail price in domestic market still is keeping at higher level.
